Spare Parts

To back up the service centres the company carries an extensive range of spare parts for current products sold and those which have been superseded. As parts have to be either shipped or airfreighted from suppliers and delays are possible it is important that the right mix and quantity of parts are held for product sold and to accomplish this a substantial stock holding is required with the majority held in the main spare parts warehouse in Port Moresby with smaller quantities held in respective branch locations.

The centralisation helps minimise duplication and overstocking and an urgent part can be sent on either same day or next day service to most locations in Papua New Guinea.
