Mount Hagen

The Mt Hagen branch is located 15 minutes from Kagamuga airport in an area called Paraka place, directly opposite Westpac bank in the center of the city of Mt Hagen which is located in a valley surrounded by cloud covered mountains. The population of the city (at last census poll) was approximately 42,000. As with most parts of PNG there are only two seasons in the western highlands, the dry season which is from June to October and the wet season which is from November to June. This region has an annual rain fall of approximately 1800mm.
Brian Bell store which has been in operation over 16 years, provide goods and service’s to the people of the western, Southern and parts of the Eastern Highlands, whose main source of income is derived from agricultural produce; Coffee, Kau Kau, Potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, beans and most other common types of vegetables and citrus fruits.
