The Special Projects Division offers a design, supply and
installation service for new commercial kitchens, commercial or
industrial laundries as well as redesign, repair or
refurbishment of existing facilities. From the location, number
of people to feed, portion size or for laundry products, the
amount of kilograms to wash, the Projects team can produce a
finished design and product quotation to meet customer
requirements. The Project team has designed and installed mess
facilities for the Defence Force and installed kitchens for
major hotels in Port Moresby and Lae, supplied and installed
laundry equipment for a number of hotel, hospital and mining and
petroleum clients.
The major brands carried and installed by the Projects Division
include Zanussi commercial cooking products, Speed Queen and
UniMac laundry equipment, Hoshizaki icemakers. In addition Brian
Bell has glass washers, commercial refrigeration, cool and
freezer rooms, hot water services and stainless steel benching
and sinks, all designed and supplied to meet client
requirements. Special Projects is a total design, supply and
