BRIAN BELL and COMPANY LIMITED
Brian Bell was established in
August 1958 to incorporate the sole trader operations of founder
and current Chairman and Managing Director Sir Brian Bell CSM,
KBE, C.St J.
Brian Bell and Company Ltd is Papua
New Guinea's premier retailer, wholesaler and distributor of non
food and clothing products. Through it's extensive branch and
distribution network it offers a wide range of products and
services to business, aid agencies, mining companies, government
departments and individuals throughout Papua New Guinea.
Brian Bell's network comprises 10 retail outlets and over 25
distribution agencies in all major commercial centres within the
country.
ORGANISATION
The company has it's Head Office
and administration centre in Port Moresby the nations capital as
well as branch operations in Lae, Goroka, Mount Hagen, Madang
and Kokopo. There are retail locations in each of these
centers, and in addition major service and spare parts
facilities in Port Moresby, Lae, Kokopo, Madang, Goroka and
Mount Hagen to support all retail and distribution outlets.
The company also provides products and services to other areas
through a nationwide distribution network dealers. Dealers
are supplied on a wholesale basis from company's warehousing and
distribution centres in Port Moresby and Lae either by coastal
shipping or by the company's in house road transport network.
The company structure comprises

company's operations.
