PNG won six matches out of seven including the decider. In reply Vanuatu fought hard but eventually fell 26 runs short, being dismissed for 105 in the 20th over.

The PNG Under 15’s team recently returned from Melbourne, Australia, proud to be the first team to win the South Pacific tournament beating fellow pacific nations in cricket.

The little ones (12 to 14 year olds) had to work together to win!!!  And they did. All because of their hard work,  encouraging one another and their passion in their job as cricketers.

I know we can apply the same principles in our departments and branches.  Supervisors and managers will support each other if they talk to each other , staff will know what is expected of them, in the end it is the customers who benefit and we get return business.
