love it when we make them feel welcome. We do that by
answering promptly, confidently, clearly and in a
friendly manner.
Put
yourself in the customers’ shoe and try to understand
their request, question or order.
Remember
to take messages correctly, and don’t forget to return
your customers phone calls.
Do not
upset customers, by keeping them on hold, letting the
phone ring more than three times, or by transferring
them to the wrong extensions. Remember that you are the
